Cavastead is a residential subdivisoin at the intersection of Whitfield and Rock Quarry Road in Raleigh, NC. Cavastead will deliver over 500 residential units with an assortment of amenities including a pool & clubhouse as well as a connection to Raleigh’s greenway future Capital Area Greenway Corridor. The site also incorporates future potential for commercial development that will add retail, dining, and a grocery option for the residents, along with major improvements to Rock Quarry & Whitfield Rd. Cavastead is one of the first projects within Raleigh’s new Southeast Special Study Area requiring an abundance of open and natural areas as well as enhanced stormwater design
