Automate Land Development
Our sister company Swift Sites Inc is a dynamic land constraints automation platform that is fully integrated with our workflow. After you fill out our project initialization form, our software tool is triggered instantly on the cloud to generate a development analysis report. We’ll integrate the report and initial project constraints into our design approach, scope/proposal, and project schedule to help get your project kicked off fast.
Three Dimensional Design for a 3D World
Some things haven’t changed. We are still delivering a set of 2D plan sheets for contractors to reference for construction. However, at Swift Partners we deliver a complete 3D model of our surface, underground utilities, and roadway design. These models can be used for clash detection as well as full integration with structural, architectural, and mechanical BIM models in Revit and Navisworks

We use visual programming to automate these mundane tasks down to the individual project level. Meaning projects can be updated quickly when information changes.
